There is something for everyone at the Bauern Stadl

Tasty and regional delicacies on the go

Following two successful years, the Münchner Bauern Stadl is returning to Oktoberfest again this year. This time with a special culinary innovation: the Munich farmer's mash “Goldmarie.” The potato mash, which looks like spaghetti, is served in a sustainable cornstarch bowl and—alongside the original delicacies from the Munich Bauernstadl—is a real eye-catcher for young and old alike.

This year, the Münchner Bauern Stadl will once again be treating Oktoberfest visitors to its popular classics. The Münchner Bauern Semmeln rolls are back on the menu: prepared with Bavarian quinoa and regional herbs, they bring the unmistakable taste of the region directly to your plate. Whether with meat or even vegan, the Munich farmer's rolls ensure that all guests can enjoy fresh, artisan-made specialties. Traditional, authentic, and irresistible. As a special culinary innovation, the Münchner Bauern Stadl is presenting the Münchner Bauernstampf “Goldmarie” this year. Made from the potato variety of the same name, “Goldmarie” impresses with its delicate sweetness, high vitamin content, and fiber richness. In a spaghetti-like form, served with selected toppings in a sustainable cornstarch bowl, it creates a revitalizing and nutritious culinary experience—an innovative alternative for Oktoberfest season that perfectly combines tradition and modernity.

Sustainability meets enjoyment

The Münchner Bauern Stadl is committed to sustainability and demonstrates this in various ways: with its sustainable cornstarch bowl, it dispenses with disposable packaging and enables guests to enjoy the delicacies in an environmentally friendly way without sacrificing convenience or taste. The practical to-go format ensures that Oktoberfest enjoyment remains spontaneous and uncomplicated.  Another aspect is the ingredients: genuine Bavarian quinoa is used in the popular Bauern Semmeln. Regional cultivation means shorter supply chains, which protects the environment and strengthens the local economy. Another aspect is the ingredients: real Bavarian quinoa is used in the popular farmer's rolls. Regional cultivation means shorter supply chains – this protects the environment, strengthens local agriculture, and brings freshness and quality directly to the plate.

“We are delighted to welcome our guests to the Wiesn again this year. With the Münchner Bauern Semmeln and the Münchner Bauernstampf ‘Goldmarie’, we offer an innovative, sustainable taste experience that combines tradition, regionality, and modern culinary culture,” says Sebastian Flaskamp, managing director and culinary director of the Münchner Bauern Stadl.
