The lost property office is located in the Theresienwiese Service Centre (SZT), basement (festival management entrance).

The lost property office is located in the Theresienwiese Service Centre (SZT), basement (festival management entrance). Lost property is usually only handed in one or two days after it has been lost. It is therefore advisable to contact the lost property office a few days after the loss.

  • The opening hours of the lost property office during the Wiesn up to and including 6 October are daily from 1 pm to 10 pm.
     
  • Opening hours after the Wiesn on Monday, 7 October, from 10 am to 6 pm. Note: Access to the Wiesn lost property office on 7 October is exclusively through the Theresienhöhe pedestrian subway.
     
  • From 18 November 2024, all Wiesn lost property can be viewed at the lost property office at Implerstr. 11, 81371 Munich by prior appointment.
     
  • The lost property will be kept there until 25 January 2025. If there is usable information about the owner in the lost property (e.g. ID cards, mobile phone SIM cards), they will be notified automatically after the Oktoberfest. Lost property belonging to non-local or foreign visitors will be sent to their home communities, embassies or consulates.
